I've used this kit, followed by real time PCR using Quantifast SYBR green RT-PCR kit and QuantiTect primers - it worked very well.

We are using QuantiTect Probe RT-PCR (Qiagen) for one step real-time RT-PCR protocols, and it works well. You can try this kit.

I was introduced to another conversion kit from Qiagen as well known as QuantiNova RT kit. How does this works better compared to QuantiTect RT kit?

I am soon to perform qPCR with step-one plus.

Thank you all. I have tried both the kits with my trial samples. I managed to sort out which one works well for my experiments. I am going to continue with QuantiTect RT kit. This kit produced better result compared to others.
