Lentiviral transfection of A431 cells with Luciferase and GFP

Hi.. I haven't used that cell line but I would say it would be better to test them in a Range of MOIs as the manufacturer suggests and it wouldn't take long. I use mouse adenocarcinoma cells at an MOI of 2 for Lentiviral shRNA transduction. Just to let you know, you should also check different conditions (e.g. serum, polybrene etc) if you haven't considered that..
