Anyone familiar with Agilent Aria Dx, Real-Time PCR System?

Hallo there! I am facing several troubleshootings with Agilent Aria Dx Real-Time PCR System. So, there are below:

1. ID 301-Motor Error

2. ID 269-Motion Error

3. ID 269-Motion Error

4. ID 303-Motion Error

5. ID 148-Motor Error. Reboot instrument and contact Agilent if issue persists

Would you please someone suggest me any actions?

I have contact here in Cyprus Agilent via E-Mail but i don't have any response.
