Anyone else not received any ATCC cell line orders since August?

Hi Folks, a couple of companies now including ours have tried ordering various lines from ATCC since August and have received absolutely nothing. The one time we got through to a live CSR they said they've switched over to a new computer system that's causing delays. The subsequent times we've called we've given up after being on hold for 20 minutes without talking to a live body. Anyone else having the same issue?

Institutional changes have challenges.The change of the ERP system in that company is causing the delays and a possibility for inaccurate records. Not a good excuse though. However smart managers should anticipate such eventualities and provide contingent remedial measures in time.
