I'm dealing with data from different infrared spectrometers and I would like to transfer data from a slave instrument to a master instrument, in order to apply a classification model built on the master instrument. I already tried Piecewise Direct Standardization (PDS) for this purpose on another software (Unscrambler), but I would need to have the algorithm in R, in order to share the algorithm between labs which do not have Matlab or Unscrambler. If you have already found this algorithm or created it during your research, would you please help me ?

I unfortunately don't have an R code yet for this purpose. I had to use other software solution (unscrambler) instead, as I didn't have much time to make it myself.
