Anybody used MethylEdge Bisulfite Conversion System, Promega?

Hello everybody!

I use MethylEdge Bisulfite Conversion System, Promega. I'm concerned system effectivity because I have a lot of background signal in sanger sequencing.

Did anyone used this kit and experience it to the same result?
