If you routinely do search-match on XRD data, you should consider licensing a copy of the Powder Diffraction File from the ICDD (www.icdd.com). Asking others to violate the Terms of Service agreement and share these files online is not cool, and might jeopardize their own license.
If you only need a couple of patterns, you should be easily able to find the original data published in journals - in a a large fraction of cases, that is where the information in the database originates, though the original data may not have been subject to the editorial review and quality determination that ICDD provides.
