We're currently struggling to measure samples using our qNANO. Maximum number of samples we can measure in a day is 10, more often than not only 4.
NP100 pores, aiming to measure EVs 40-150nm. Mostly measuring at 46.5nm stretch and 0.7-0.9V. All electrolyte and solutions made fresh each day and 0.2um filtered. All CPC vortexed and diluted fresh. Same with samples.
Any tips on how to make things run faster, or maintain a stable baseline? Does where the machine is placed make a difference? Little things that you have noticed that make a difference in how your samples run?

in my experience, once I got a stable current set up with calibrated CPC 100 (for NP100 pores) first, I could easily measure several samples. Naturally, I got some occasional blockade (sudden noise, lack of stable current) which I solved by tapping the cap.
However, my smooth runs strictly depended on the nature of the sample. Additionally, if my large EV content was high (I used NP400 for larger EVs), I experienced constant blockade and I basically could not perform any measurement by the NP100. It was so bad, that I couldn't even measure my CPC sample again. I had to clean up and start from the beginning again.
May I ask, what is your source of EVs and the method for their separation?
