Any thumb rule to know the surface charge of bacterial cellwall?

I would like to prepare a list of the bacteria with the positive charge on cellwall. Can anybody suggest me about the resource for such details. Is there any thumb rule to determine the charge of bacteria based on cellwall structure/composition or any other?
