Hi all! We had a mold growth situation in 2015 in CO2 incubators. In response to that Quality Control started Environmental Monitoring (only Air-Viable sampling using MAS-100NT sampler and TSA 100mm plates) to keep a check on the incubators. My question- Is Environmental Monitoring applicable to the Incubator testing for Bacterial or mold growth or is there any other better way to find out the bacterial or mold growth in Incubators in a GMP environment.? Also, the monthly cleaning of Incubators with Spore-Klenz and 70% ethanol is performed once a month.
