Hi Matthias - Thank you for your response. I am using RT-PCR to detect epigenetic changes through miRNA in the Ovaries, Testis and Fat Body of: Live challenged, Heat Killed, Saline and Naive M. sexta.

I was not previously aware of the website that you linked and I have found the U6 sequence that I needed. Very much appreciate the help!

Apologies Matthias R. Schaefer - I have just noticed that it is the sequence for U6 snRNA-associated Sm-like protein LSm1, would this be fine to use as a control for RT-PCR? I am currently using the miScript II RT kit from Qiagen (https://www.qiagen.com/us/resources/resourcedetail?id=7954ef25-3a39-4b0a-a27e-42689dbb4f5f&lang=en). Really appreciate your help!
