(I had positive stainings within CCR5ko mice, but not with the ebioscience Ab)

A brief search - that you have probably done much more thoroughly - reveals that a fluorochrome-conjugated anti-CCL5 for mice probably isn't on the market.
However, you can just choose a primary anti-CCL5 antibody and add a secondary antibody that is fluorochrome-conjugated (e.g. http://www.ebioscience.com/rabbit-igg-isotype-control-pe-polyclonal.htm if your primary antibody is from rabbit).
Try to find a primary antibody that is validated for flow cytometry. This makes titration a lot easier since they usually suggest a starting concentration. The secondary AB should also be titrated, but the company should provide a suggestion for the concentration.
...gives results for your target - in order of my decreasing preference.
CiteAb looks very good, giving you information on actual publications where the antibodies were used - thus a good source of useful information on how the antibodies were used successfully. In addition, CiteAb gives you a list of supplier.

Actually, I meant that he could just incubate with the primary AB, wash, and then incubate with the secondary AB.
Anyway, I see you have found a link for a nice PE-conjugated anti-CCL5 AB, so no need to make it difficult. I just didn't bother looking much at Google, I presumed he did that already.
We use a rabbit anti-mouse pAb from eBiosciences, but they stopped selling it. Try their new mouse-anti-mouse RANTES. If it does not work for you, we may be able to send you some pAb.
