I'm working on a research article based on social media and protest. My hypothesis is, users feel free to express their thoughts fearlessly on social media about sensitive protest issues which are not completely possible in mainstream media. I'm doing grounded theory data analysis. But the problem is I'm not using any traditional media/social science theory rather I'm trying to focused on previous likewise research results. But to build a strong theoretical framework it seems I need to add something more. But can't understand how to arrange this section.
