But tetramer is not what I need, tetramer are used to analysis specific cytotoxic T cells, but I wonder how to measure the level of MHC-I bound to E7 sequence on DCs. In technical, I need an antibody for level of mnomers in tetramers in DCs.

Not sure if you will find a commercial source for exactly what you need, but two good companies to try would be: BioLegend: http://www.biolegend.com and Miltenyi: https://www.miltenyibiotec.com. They have many labeled anti-H2Kb, some bound, though not to RAHYNIVTF.
