Any protocol for LoVo ftp cells to share?

We have injected LoVo ftp cells into embryonic tissues. Tissues have been fixed in paraformaldehide and embedded in paraffin. Now I need a fluorescence protocol to visualize LoVo ftp cells. Does anyone have one to share?
