What specific organism are you studying sir?

Mostly I have Aspergillus species!

i never knew those Aspergillus babies were halophiles sir! wow!

What are you working about halophiles?

i work on halobacterium salinarum sir..at first i'm interested in osmolytes .recently, im working on the ADI arginine deiminase genes of this archae bacteria. what about your Aspergillus' sir? what aspect of the organism are you studying?

Nice! I am looking for primary and secondary metabolites from my Aspergillus!

im glad to hear about that. So you are screening your fungi for metabolites? i'm relatively new to protocols involved in screening process. What protocols are you using sir? maybe i can do that also on my microorganism !
