Hey guys :)
I'm looking for small molecules which can indcue ERK1/2 phosphorylation.
There are many proteins known to activate MEK, ERK pathway, such as FGF, EPO, ESA, Heregulin and EGF, but not many small molecules are elucidated.
Nilotinib, Lapatinib, BEZ235, Trp, PMA are my candidates.
Any other molecules I should add in my candidate list?
SCT has a list of ERK activators (link below).The problem is most activators are not selective and activate multiple kinases.

Subanesthetic ketamine ought to do it in the brain. Nothing specific though. Didn't find any activators on http://www.chemicalprobes.org/search/site/MAPK1 either.
