how you isolated your bactriophage/ what method you used/ what type of phage ?  and give more details for how you found your phage binding to polyvinyl chloride plates ?

Sorry for the late response.

I am attaching a file of our ELISA protocol

We are using M13 bacteriophage

We found that our phage was binding to the PVC plates because we had a high number of non-specific binding. Our binding to HSA was low.
