Does anyone know of a LC-MS/MS or LC-MS method for the analysis of pregnenolone 16 alpha carbonitrile in plasma samples?

I don't know of any known applications but it shouldn't be too hard to develop a new method for the determination of pregnenolone 16 alpha carbonitrile. We are talking about a slightly polar sterol, which should be resolved nicely using RP chromatography and for the detection I would use an APCI ion source, given the non-polar nature of the analyte. But on the other hand ESI might also be worth a try...
