Any ideas of how to run a power analysis to determine sample size for a within group study?

Hi I am planning to run a within group study (collecting data from the same participants thrice). The questionnaires I am using are the BRIEF COPE, PSI (Parental stress index) and PSS (perceived stress scale), any suggestions about the ideal sample size or how to calculate it?
