You can only call it a nanocomposite, if the polymer matrix is 50 nm in size and the filler is 100 nm in size.
The term "nanocomposite" often refers to a composite material in which at least one of the components has at least one dimension in the nanoscale range (normally less than 100 nm).
In this situation, the polymer matrix is 500 nm and the filler is 1000 nm. I might call it a micro-composite rather than nano.
