I'm a new student and I need ideas that help me in the future in Hematology or Blood Transfusion but I need it in a lab filed so I can collect data easily.
Hi Tariq As a retired MD with a rare leukemia I found vitamin D boosted my neutrophils. The doctor who runs our registry & researches this area proved the mechanism & believes vitamin D should be part of treatment in hematologic malignancies. This important cost effective measure seems to have slipped through the cracks. Maybe proof it helps a more common cancer would offer more acceptance ( like CLL). Thanks c Weart
