It is possible to offer the following approach. Each possible chromosome in population of GA has to code some option of a decision tree. The gene position in a chromosome corresponds to hierarchy level in a decision tree. Thus each gene of a chromosome accepts such amount of values which corresponds to the maximum quantity of the arches proceeding from nodes of a decision tree at an appropriate level of hierarchy. Further traditional work of GA follows.

do you have an ideas about implementation of GA ON SQLI detection ?

For an implementation of GA it is possible to use either special tools or a universal programming language. For example, I relate MathLAB with special tools. However, more I like an implementation of GA in a programming language. I have a successful experience of its implementation on Delphy and C#. With them it is possible to make the good protocol and a visualization of work of GA.

in the problem of web app. vulnerabilities detection ,

the target is ((to create test cases)) that exploit web application in order to detect SQL injection. vulnerable web application.

these test cases mainly are static example ( ' or 1=1 -- )

however, GA is supposed to be applied in this problem as ((test cases producer)) that reveal SQL injection vulnerability in web application.

how this could be applied, although we have static test cases as previously mentioned? in other words, what do you think the role of GA at this problem ?

please need the answer ASAP.
