Dear All,

I am carrying a 3PL bending test on simply supported RC beam using CDP. At this stage, I am certain that my CDP factors are reasonable as my experimental results and numerical solution are very close. However, I noticed that my plastic strain and compressive damage (PEEQ and DAMAGEC) lie at the bottom of the beam mimicking in a way tensile damage progression as attached. Any idea why this would happen?
