There are some warnings occurred while running dynamic and modal analysis which it might affects the result.
For information,I have modeled a slab structure which involve 2 layers of different elements as shown in the pictures below.
1. Tie constraint was used for interaction purpose between these 2 layers. Does this approach can be the reason for warnings of " 372 nodes have dof on which incorrect boundary conditions may have been specified. The nodes have been identified in node set WarnNodeBCIncorrectDof " ?
2. what does this warning means ?
"For *tie pair (assembly__pickedsurf1058-assembly__pickedsurf1057), adjusted nodes with very small adjustments were not printed. Specify *preprint,model=yes for complete printout. "

are they "warning" or "error"?!!!!
the first warning is about some multiple definitions of boundary condition in some specific regions. The ABAQUS would override these boundary conditions. But I do not think this would affect your results.
The second warning is that if you want to print these adjustments you must request it manually by addition of "*preprint,model=yes" into you .inp file before submitting the job. It is simply not something that can affect your results!!!

1st warning:
You should check afterwards that the displacements of the nodes abaqus warns about are consistent with your intended BC.
2nd warning:
If you specify a tie contact, nodes will be adjusted to lie perfectly on the master surface. Abaqus prints the amount of adjustment, but only if it is larger than some criterion. This error thus means that there are some nodes that are adjusted but the adjustemnt is too small to be printed by default. Should not be something to worry about.
