I am looking to set up models for insulin resistance. Can anyone suggest about a immortalized human preadipocyte cell line source or company that does customize primary cell cells for the same.

Did you try searching?
ATCC (one of the oldest repository and an excellent source of cells) has preadipocytes, as do several other companies, for example Lonza.

Yes but what they offer is primary and not immortalised. I need immortalised . Companies do customise. Started talk with some but did not materialise.
