Hello everyone, I've been keen on to study RNA activation technology but i lack resources. Does any one have links to good review article or research articles on RNAa? I would really appriciate help in here.

This will appear somewhat biased but as one who still attends conferences that discuss this, I think the widely accepted leader in the field is David Corey of UT Southwestern. I find his published protocols (at least the methods sections) to be exceptionally clear, at least compared to the other literature. I recommend Janowski et al., Nat Chem Bio 2007 and Schwartz et al., NSMB 2008. Apologies for the self-plug. I've long since moved on in my research interest but wouldn't at all be against returning to the field. I also feel the general RNAi research of Anastasia Khorova to be most useful, entirely relevant to RNAa, and I know she agrees with that assessment.
UPDATE: I forgot Janowski and Corey wrote a 2006 methods in Nat Protocols that says RNA silencing but to this day I'm not aware of any established differences in experimental approach. Other labs have also used the PR targeting duplexes published by the Corey lab as a VERY useful positive control. Although, pay attention to the media supplements as breast cancer cells are particularly (and annoyingly) sensitive to this. I've not tried it but perhaps Matsui et al's duplexes might also serve as a positive control and I think he's publish another targeting COX2.
