I'm curious -- for those of you that are studying the integrated stress response, have you found any good antibody clones that are effective in measuring pEIF2 activity using flow cytometry or immunocytochemistry? Our lab is looking for good solutions and haven't found anything readily available or cited in the literature more than a time or two. Thanks in advance for your kind advice.
