I’m a PhD research scholar in Computer Science, currently looking for Scopus-indexed journals that are either free to publish (no Article Processing Charges) or charge a very low APC.

In addition, I am looking for journals that offer a fast review and publication process, ideally with a turnaround time of 1–2 months.

I would appreciate recommendations for journals that are:

• Actively indexed in Scopus
• Free or have low APCs
• Multidisciplinary or Computer Science focused
• Have a reliable and fast peer-review system
• Ideally in Q1–Q3 quartile range
