Interesting fact- Enterobacter asburiae competes and suppresses pathogens such as E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella spp. I found E. asburiae in salads out of couple of food poisoning cases in my lab, I reported it as not significant and anyways did not find them in samples of food handlers. Any experience of E. asburiae in clinical cases?
