We know that NIS theory is the intellectual crystallization of the close integration of knowledge and practice over several decade. This approach is considered a theory that allows each country to organize innovation activities within the widest possible economic spectrum by increasing its ability to catch up technologically and economically. Both U.S. and China have successfully applicated and benefited from the NIS and STI policies. However, we are facing the fact that the SDGs are poorly promoted in the context of paradigm shift and structural transformation. Thus, my Q is "How Can the STI Policy Factor Further Contribute to Sustainable Development Performance for Economies with the Adoption of the NIS?"
I'm concerned about the issue of SD and your valuable opinions.
Thank you for your precious time and attention so much indeed.
