Can anyone share their experiences and insights regarding the optimization and improvement of human T-cell mouse humanization protocols? What modifications have you found to be particularly effective for specific research applications?
Our laboratory aims to establish a mouse model for evaluating the effectiveness of HIV infection therapies by utilizing lentivirus-transduced human T-cells. Initially, we plan to achieve this by performing a transient humanization of B-NDG mice with the transduced human T-cells.
If someone can provide a functional protocol, I would greatly appreciate it.
