I have measured Oral skin sample by using IR Confocal Microscopy (A1MP) by Nikon. Please tell me is that the normal cell or effected from any decease???
Can you tell me in a simple way that the two cells are different from other cells, How? and from the nucleus can I prove that these are effected from oral cancer?? Can you please tell me in detail??
I want to prove from the image and spectra that cell is affected. or in your's mind any other idea to prove that cell is affected??I am microscopist and I just know about a little about physics and optics so if you keep in mind these things I hope you can answer it better.
I have not just the IR spectra but also the high-resolution images, I have told that this is the oral skin sample we got this sample from the hospital. Can you please give me the instructions what should we have to do when we go hospital for getting sample what are the information we should ask from the corresponding persons?? and what are the safety instructions we should adopt doing experiment???
I have done this image measurement by using Two-photon IR microscopy(A1MP) by Nikon. I want to find the images of a cell which is affected and which is normal. and from intensity profile graph want to show the difference and prove. that's all.
As I understand you are trying to find something like spectral signatures for normal and cancer tissues by 2-photon microscopy. Probably, the following papers are related to your study:
Regarding your question, could you, please, include scale bars and briefly explain how the samples were obtained/prepared (is it a tissue slices; frosen or paraffin embedded, or it's a tangential plane of the skin (mucosa?)).
Thanks a lot, Anna, I did not know much about this, in fact, this is my first time to deal with medical imaging, anyhow I will ask the corresponding person and then I will let you know.
