Hi,

I have a protein of 150 KDa and would like to know how many active or modified Aspartic Acid and Glutmaic Acid are present in the protein.

We also would like to do peptide mapping study of our protein.

I would appreciate if you can share the method of analysis or the laboratories in India who can perform these analysis.
