Any advice for the right choice protein tags for ChIP in bacteria?

I am looking for some protein tags for 9 kDa protein in gram-negative bacteria. Do you mind that Tag-ChIP-IT® is appropriate for bacterial ChIP or woudn´t it be better to use FLAG or 3xFLAG and their monoclonal antibodies? Does anybody have some another experience with this?
