KH Coder which I mentioned before on RG, is open source, has an active user community and a responsive author. I ran into difficulty deploying a particularly large data set for analysis and Ko-icthi Higuchi helped me with sampling in KH Coder, which is a form of bootstrapping, and assured me of its validity. Ultimately, with his advice, I was able to get my rather large sample to run.
