Hey, I am working with two channel 3D super resolution microscopy to visualize human mitochondrial DNA nucleoids (I try to visualize sequences of mtDNA with two colors, by Alexa Fluor - mostly by A647, and Biotin - by Cy3b). Now I have to find some Nanobodies for Biotin labelling because of high background of Cy3b. Can somebody help me to find some?

Hm, just theoreticallly, biotin and biotin-binding sites are abundant in mitochondria. I would suggest to change biotin label to something else, if it is possible.

mostly, I am using PCR labeled DNA probes adapted for super-resolution microscopy (Alexa Fluorophore directly incorporated in PCR product or Biotin PCR labelling kit) with antiDNA or antiBrdU antibody, used in FISH. F.e. I choose PCR sequence of ND5 so I could see in super-resolution ND5 seq. colored by A647 and antiDNA/antiBrdU will be presented with cy3b as the rest of mtDNA in nucleoid.
