I am going to do antibody purification，
and the beads I used is from Santacruz sc-2003。
I winna ask about that the beads had said is only for purification, can I still use this bead for antibody purification？
if yes, then may I know what is the elution and the neutralization buffer used？
if no, then can I know the reason？

Hi Yong,
yes, you can used the beads for antibody purification. For the Buffers I would recommend
Washbuffer: PBS or TBS, pH 7.4 (with 0.05% Tween-20).
Elution buffer: 0.1 M Glycine-HCl, pH 3.0
Neutralization buffer: 1 M Tris-HCl, pH 9 (add around 1/10 volume to your eluate).

The buffers suggested by Stephan Steinke are the typical ones used for antibody purification. However, I would add 0.5M sodium chloride to the acid buffer to aid in the release of the antibody from the Protein A/G gel.
