My area of qualification is analytical chemistry.

We devote our work to develop highly precise, accurate, selective and sensitive methods for analysis in highly complex mixture of analytes by means of the mass spectrometry.

You could consider some of our more recent contributions in the following discussion and shown reference section therein. By means of our stochastic dynamic mass spectrometric method we have achieved more recently quantification of analytes in mixture and pg.(mL)-1 studying pharmaceuticals. The validation of our method with HPL chromatography show coefficients of correlation r = 0.99999.

Bearing in mind that the mass spectrometry is the method which provides the most superior instrumental characteristics for determination of analytes in complex biological mixtures at attomol analytical concentrations, including in vivo assay of living cells; and in parallel, the shown in the discussion method is our more recent innovative development of exact quantitative formulas connecting among measurable MS variables, analyte concentrations in solution and molecular properties of the analytes, I (in particular) am very curious to see one quantitative protocol for the analysis of COVID from the so-called ''Governments' standard analytical laboratories,'' from EU in particular, which are only authorized for such analyses. In fact, there is lack of published protocols.

In particular, I have an interest in detail on the method performances of the analytical method which they used. Because of, the results that we have achieved my means of the mentioned above strochastic dynamic mass spectrometric method are the best method performances reported so far in the literature. In addition, they are supertior comparing with the standard MS protocol determined according to the European Union Directive: See standard procedures as they have been given in the EU directive EU Directive 2002/657/EC; https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/DE/ALL/?uri=CELEX%3A32002D0657; Official Journal of the European Communities L 221/8 , 17.8.2002.

However, the application of this Directive yields to reliability of the MS analysis of complex mixtures of r = 0.98.

Conversely, our method gives reliability r = 0.99999 making a correlative analysis with chromatography. It is more than clear that we provide significantly improved method performances, even comparing with the method performances of the protocol used to EU Directive 2002/657/EC.

Thus, there lies the question: Which protocol and EU Directive is used to COVID analysis; and where there can be found analytical results with corresponding chemometrics from EU Member States from the mentioned above authorized Governments' standard analytical (or clinical) laboratories?
