I regularly perform qPCR and ELISA, almost every week, and the number of samples is gradually increasing over time. I was recently informed that using R instead of Excel could simplify the analysis of these data. However, I currently don’t have any resources to learn R. I would appreciate any recommendations, and I’m open to discussing alternative approaches if you have any suggestions.
