We want to analyse whole genome of Bacteria including Plasmid. I have extracted DNA with DNA extraction kit. I want to know whether we have to also add plasmid obtained by miniprep only extracted DNA is enough?

A genomic DNA prep should have plenty of plasmid DNA as well, no need to add more.

The matrix of the genomic DNA already extracted should contain the pDNA required. The rest is upto the primer quality used in your PCR and eventual sequencing protocol. Ergo, I honestly do not see the need.
