Hello dears!

I am doing a Co-Ip experiment while targeting an interaction of two sensitive proteins. How we can balance the total amount of proteins in Input, IP, IgG groups before the WB analysis. My sample has 9.2ug/ul of total protein and I want to use 65ug of total protein in each lane of the gel while picking only 20ul of the sample. I am facing an issue in calculating because the input sub-group in a typical co-ip experiment has a different treatment than IP and IgG groups i.e. for the input group i add 2X SDS and boil it and for IP and IgG i add 40ul beads. How to do proetin calculation so that at the end in WB analysis each 20ul of sample for all subgroups have 65ug of total protein.
