I think you can calculate the stresses value at any distance of your beam that would be based on the curvature-moment relationship, which the strain can be evaluated from the curvature  at any point of the beam length and then it easy to find the stress value..

Theoretically, assuming everything is perfect, the tension there must be zero since M = 0 . However, realistically, nonlinear 2nd order analysis can be used to see that if rotation is large enough near supper, the once shear reaction on support will now have a tensile component that is resisted by the whole section. What I would suggest is to use the rotation at support ( say wL3/24EI, preferably with cracked section properties and such) and then decompose the vertical reaction to tension and "new" shear.
