Hello, I have been to the Zephyr website but apparently I just could not find out the sampling rate or their CFM, which is important to understand whether R-R interval measure is accurate enough to properly calculate HR variability. For instance, Polar sampling rate is 1000 Hz in their HRV instruments, if I'm not wrong.

Thanks Nicolas, a sample rate of 500 Hz for an HRV analysis should be enough. But you are right this information is important and will contact Zephyr to obtain the sampling rate.
