i have used hummer method and tour method for synthesis of graphene oxide , when i prepare graphene oxide than all steps move according to method but at the end when i add H2O2 than black precipitate are obtained now am worrying why this happen ,why not solution turn into yellow --brown color ,is there problem in temperature ,purity of H2O2 or in pH

If it is not converting to pale yellow color means reaction is not terminated yet, so check the purity of the H2O2 and give enough time for the stirring during the whole process. Follow the Improved modified hummers method for the better results.
Although the color of your samples should be pale yellow (brown), you can analyse your samples using XRD and compare the peaks with a valid data to understand if your samples are not really categorized as GO.
