Hi all,

In the lab, we've been using 1000nm (diameter) Goldparticles from 'Sea Shell Technology, La Jolla, CA' for biolistic on plant cells, with very good efficiency of transformation.

Unfortunately, the company isn't reachable anymore and we are desperately looking for a technology as good as this one (already resuspended particles, sold with the coating buffer). Would some of you have a brand (else than Biorad) to recommend?
