Hi,

The phosphosite plus site shows more sites on ERK2 (autophosphorylation, CK2 etc) with some references.

The above mentioned article (sent) is about one of those sites. General trend seems to be phosphorylation on other sites causing autophosphorylation at the TxY motif.
