why would you need to list the all possible sequence for a degenerated primer ? If you want to publish, mentioning that these are degenerated primers with "N" for the degenerate base, it is acceptable. Nevertheless, if you still want to have the sequence, replace "N" with all four DNA bases for all the degenerate bases. Thus you will have 4xB (B=number of denerate base in one primer sequence (F or R)) number of primer sequence for each primer pair (forward and reverse separately).
