Alkyl oligoethylenoxide quaternary amonium salts.

Does anybody know suppliers for alkyl oligoethylenoxide quaternary amonium salts? My preference would be a C16 or C18, with 9-10 EO units and a trimethylammonium group (or even an amine) as positively charged head group.

The only what comes to mind are ethoxylated fatty amines positively charged in acidic environment.
