How to sort C2C12 and NSC-34 from a co-culture?

Hi, I need to do a co-culture with these two cell types and I would like to do a qPCR. Unfortunately I can't do a flow cytometry so I would use a magnetic beads separation system to isolate the two populations.

I'd like to know if anyone has experience with these cell lines and knows some specific surface markers or how to identify them... I can't find anything in literature
